We're on-call 24/7 from 38 weeks. Ideally we arrive during active labor — a few hours before your baby is born — and stay through the first one to two hours afterward.

Birth is rarely predictable, so we stay in close contact as labor progresses and use your contraction pattern, dilation, and your care provider's guidance to time our arrival well.

Cesarean births make beautiful birth stories too. Many hospitals allow a photographer and filmmaker in the operating room; where policy doesn't, we document your preparation, hand a camera to your support person for the delivery itself, and capture those first moments with your baby immediately after.

We'll help you understand your hospital's specific policy well before your due date so there are no surprises.

Missed births are rare, but very fast labors and emergencies can happen. Our guarantee is built for exactly that: a trusted, experienced backup from our team is on standby to step in, and we still personally edit your gallery.

If a birth is missed entirely, we provide immediate postpartum coverage, a complimentary Fresh 48 session, or a reshoot credit toward another session — so your story is never lost.

We deliver a handful of edited sneak-peek images within 48 hours, so you can share your news right away. Your full hand-edited gallery is typically delivered within 4 to 6 weeks — every image is edited individually for a consistent, timeless finish.

Birth films are edited after your photo gallery and are typically delivered within 6 to 10 weeks. Each film is colour-graded, set to licensed music, and delivered digitally in high resolution for you to keep and share with loved ones.

Only with your explicit permission. Your birth story is yours. If you'd prefer your images and film stay completely private, simply let us know — they will never appear on our website or social media.

Yes. A $500 non-refundable retainer reserves your due date, and the remaining balance is split into manageable monthly payments through 37 weeks of pregnancy — so your collection is fully paid well before your baby arrives.

We serve the greater Austin and Central Texas area, with travel available throughout Texas. We're experienced in hospitals, birth centers, and home births, and we follow each facility's photography and videography protocols so the day runs smoothly.

We work with available light whenever possible and are equipped to shoot in very low light without flash. If you'd prefer no flash at all, we honour that completely — your comfort and the calm of the room come first.
